At The CAI Company, I drove the communication strategy for “Chatpulse,” a new product in development.
Many of the stakeholders involved were new to UX and content design in a product development context, so I championed user-centred methodologies.
I conducted in-depth interviews, launched a research survey, and developed a value proposition that articulated user pain points and the product’s benefits. I also created a microsite to showcase the product.
Result: The team aligned on messaging, and the product gained increased visibility.
